Burgers Canadian Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Steak sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Ounce, sliced | |
| Canadian bacon slice | 4 | |
| 4 sesame sandwich rolls, split and lightly toasted | ||
| 4 curly lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, steak sauce and horseradish.
Cover; chill until serving time.
Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
Grill burgers over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
When almost done, top with cheese; grill until cheese melts.
Grill Canadian bacon over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until heated through.
Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each roll bottom; top with burger, warm Canadian bacon slice, lettuce leaf and roll top.
Serve immediately with remaining sauce for dipping.
