Directions

Combine beef, cereal, onion, egg and seasonings in medium bowl.
Mix well.
Form into 8 long rolls, resembling hot dogs.
Place 4 at a time on roasting rack.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes on '8', or until meat loses color.
Turn halfway through cooking period.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 3 to 5 minutes on HIGH, turning once.
