Ingredients

 
Minced meat - 1/2 Kilogram ( 1 Pound )
 
Meat Patties
 
Onions - minced
 
Tomatoes - minced
 
Parsley - finely cut
 
Salt, Black Pepper and Allspice - to taste.
 
Grape leaves- enough to wrap the amount of meat patties used.

Directions

MAKING
1. Lay the wraps in a pan.
2. Add the diced tomatoes and onions on top of the grape leaves wraps. Add salt and black pepper.
3. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Cook on the stove top on high heat for the first 10-12 minutes then lower the heat and cook covered for another half hour, until the liquid is absorbed.

SERVING
5. Serve with white rice.

Note : You may form the meat into patties and wrap with grape leaves. If the leaves are too small, you may use a couple leaves to wrap the meat with.
