Burger-Dogs Recipe
Burger-Dogs have an out of this world taste. The beef and rice cereal gives the Burger-Dogs an energizing taste.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup crushed rice cereal
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 wiener buns, split
Directions
Combine beef, cereal, onion, egg and seasonings in medium bowl.
Mix well.
Form into 8 long rolls, resembling hot dogs.
Place 4 at a time on roasting rack.
MICRO WAVE 4 to 6 MINUTES on '8', or until meat loses color.
Turn halfway through cooking period.
For ovens without solid state heat control, MICROWAVE 3 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, turning once.
