Boondi In Masala Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Natural yogurt | 250 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 50 Milliliter | |
| Ground coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon chilli power | ||
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon onion seeds | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon white cumin seeds | ||
| Red chillies | 3 , dried | |
| Boondi | 50 Gram | |
Directions
Whisk the yogurt and add the salt, sugar, water, ground coriander, chilli powder and chopped coriander and set aside.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the onion seeds, white cumin seeds and dried red chillies.
Remove from the heat and set aside for a few seconds while you pour the bundi into the yogurt and mix it in well.
Pour the oil dressing over the yogurt mixture and serve.
