Ingredients

 Cabbage2 Tablespoon, finely shredded
 Curds1 Cup (16 tbs), beaten
 Groundnuts To Taste, roasted
 Cashewnuts To Taste
 Raisins1 Tablespoon
 Green chillies2
 Ginger1
 Coriander leaves, a handful, chopped
 Garam masala4 Teaspoon
 Cumin seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 To taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop cashewnuts, groundnuts and raisins.

MAKING
2. In a bowl add curds, cabbage, nuts, raisins, salt, ginger, chillies and garam masala. Mix well.
3. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and toss in cumin seeds.
4. When seeds stop spluttering, add curd.

SERVING
5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
