Bund Gobi Cha Ratia Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 2 Tablespoon, finely shredded | |
| Curds | 1 Cup (16 tbs), beaten | |
| Groundnuts | To Taste, roasted | |
| Cashewnuts | To Taste | |
| Raisins | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| Ginger | 1 | |
| Coriander leaves, a handful, chopped | ||
| Garam masala | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Chop cashewnuts, groundnuts and raisins.
MAKING
2. In a bowl add curds, cabbage, nuts, raisins, salt, ginger, chillies and garam masala. Mix well.
3. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and toss in cumin seeds.
4. When seeds stop spluttering, add curd.
SERVING
5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
