 Bulgur wheat480 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups, 1 Cup Or 240 Milliliter Raw)
 Crushed basil leaves15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
 Egg1
 Sage3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
 Poultry seasoning3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
 Sea salt To Taste
 Whole wheat flour60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
 Grated cheddar cheese180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
 Oil/Non stick spray1
 Oil/Non stick spray1 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix the bulgur wheat, egg, basil, sage, poultry seasoning, salt and optional cheese together.
Chill slightly.
Form into patties and dip in whole wheat flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil until lightly browned.
These may be wrapped in individual packages and reheated.
Cook like hamburger meat or add to casseroles in place of meat.
