Bulgur Stuffing For Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Bulgur wheat | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup beefbouillon to taste | ||
| Seasoning without salt | ||
Directions
1. Fill each bell pepper with 1/3 cup bulgur. Place peppers in casserole and top with beef bouillon.
2. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
