Bulgur Pllaf Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp margarine
1 cup bulgur wheat
2 cup beef broth, hot
1/4 cup chive, chopped
3 tsp sweet red pepper
3 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt margarine in a medium saucepan.
Add bulgur and saute for 1 minute, stirring constandy.
Add broth, chive and red pepper.
Stir to mix.
Simmer, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until broth is absorbed, Stir in parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
