Easy Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 cup bulgur
2 cups water or chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Put oil in skillet; add onion and saute until almost tender (about 8 minutes).
Add bulgur and cook until golden.
Add stock or water and seasonings.
Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
