Ingredients

 
6 tablespoons soy sauce
 
3 tablespoons sugar
 
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
 
Several drops of sesame oil
 
6 green onions, sliced
 
6 to 9 garlic cloves
 
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 
Pepper to taste
 
4 pounds ribeye steak, sliced paper thin
 
Thai Cucumber Sauce

Directions

Combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds and pepper in a large glass dish and whisk well.
Add the sliced beef.
Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.
Stir-fry the beef with the marinade in a wok or skillet until done to taste.
Serve over rice with Thai Cucumber Sauce on the side.
