 Sirloin beef3 Cup (48 tbs) (or any other cut)
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 Carrot1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long
For the sauce:
 Soy sauce6 Tablespoon

 Asian pear juice3 Tablespoon
 Cooking wine/Water3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl add the soy sauce, cooking wine, pear juice, sesame oil, green onions, minced garlic, sesame seeds, ginger powder, black pepper, sugar and mix them well.
2. In a separate large bowl combine beef, onion and carrots. Pour the prepared sauce into the beef and combine well. Cover with a thin film wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours.

MAKING
3. Fry the marinated bulgogi in a heated pan. Once the beef is cooked remove from the pan.

SERVING
4. Serve this beef bulgogi dish warm with rice and different vegetables.
