| Sirloin beef | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (or any other cut) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Carrot | 1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long | |
| For the sauce: | ||
| Soy sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Asian pear juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cooking wine/Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Ginger powder | 1 Pinch | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1. In a bowl add the soy sauce, cooking wine, pear juice, sesame oil, green onions, minced garlic, sesame seeds, ginger powder, black pepper, sugar and mix them well.
2. In a separate large bowl combine beef, onion and carrots. Pour the prepared sauce into the beef and combine well. Cover with a thin film wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours.
MAKING
3. Fry the marinated bulgogi in a heated pan. Once the beef is cooked remove from the pan.
SERVING
4. Serve this beef bulgogi dish warm with rice and different vegetables.
