Directions

GETTING READY
1)If shrimp are large, split lengthwise and crosswise.

MAKING
2)In a blazer pan of chafing dish, heat butter on direct heat.
3)Add shrimp and cook until pink and lightly tinged with brown. Keep stirring.
4)Take a bowl and put the shrimp in it.
5)In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch and table wine until smooth.
6)Add it to the blazer pan.
7)Add pineapple tidbits and syrup and cook until thickened and clear. Stir constantly.
8)Add lime juice, cloves, salt and sugar.
9)Now, add shrimp stir to blend with pineapple.
10)Put the blazer pan over hot water for serving.

SERVING
11)Serve over toast, waffles or hot cooked rice.
