 Lean ground buffalo - 1 pound
 Regular oats - 2/3 cup, uncooked
 Commerical barbeque sauce - 1/3 cup
 Egg1
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon, dried
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Cooking spray

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Combine all the ingredients together well.
3) In a 9x5x3-inch pan coated with cooking spray, place the mixture.
4) Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or till done.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
