Recipe Story

As the name says,Buffalo wings are from the city of Buffalo.There are locally known as 'Wings' instead of Buffalo wings.

Ingredients

 Wing pieces1 Dozen
 Wing1 Dozen
 Oil2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
 Smart balance spread3 Tablespoon
 Spread3 Tablespoon
 Butter substitute1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Hot sauce5 Tablespoon
 White vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Bleu cheese dressing1 Tablespoon
 Celery stick1

Directions

Pour oil in large (12") skillet to 1" deep.Heat oil thoroughly over medium high.Fry wing pieces 15 minutes, turning a couple of times.Fry 2-3 wings at a time.Meanwhile,add remaining ingredients to another large skillet over low heat.When wings are ready,turn up heat on other skillet to medium. Remove each wing piece,drop into other skillet. Shake skillet frequently to coat wings in sauce, for 3-5 minutes, until wings are browned.
Take wings out on a plate, serve with celery and bleu cheese dressing.
