Buffalo Wings Recipe
An easy to make Buffalo Wings recipe.Buffalo Wings are from the chicken wings section which are first deep fried & then dipped into sauce.

Ingredients

| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying) | |
| Smart balance spread | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Spread | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter substitute | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot sauce | 5 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Bleu cheese dressing | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery stick | 1 |
Directions
Pour oil in large (12") skillet to 1" deep.Heat oil thoroughly over medium high.Fry wing pieces 15 minutes, turning a couple of times.Fry 2-3 wings at a time.Meanwhile,add remaining ingredients to another large skillet over low heat.When wings are ready,turn up heat on other skillet to medium. Remove each wing piece,drop into other skillet. Shake skillet frequently to coat wings in sauce, for 3-5 minutes, until wings are browned.
Take wings out on a plate, serve with celery and bleu cheese dressing.
