Buffalo Fish Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound fresh or frozen buffalo fish steaks or other fish steaks
1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed 6 thin lemon slices
Directions
Thaw frozen steaks.
Cut into 3 or 4 portions.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Place steaks in well-greased 10x6x13/4-inch baking dish.
Combine soup, parsley, and basil.
Pour soup over fish; top with lemon slices.
Bake at 350° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
