Ingredients
10 pounds buffalo wings (5 each for each recipe)
For the Asian sweet and spicy sauce:
1 tbsp orange zest
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
½ cup chopped green onions
¼ tsp sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
½ cup sugar
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
For garnish:
Chopped cilantro
Sesame seeds

For the buffalo wing sauce:
1 cup melted butter
1 ½ cups Frank’s hot sauce
1 tbsp garlic sauce
2 tbsp sugar
For the blue cheese:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup crumbled bleu cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
Milk to thin (as necessary)

Recipe 1
For the chicken wings:
Take a pan and heat the peanut oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry the chicken wings in batches(for about 8 minutes each).
For the Asian sweet and spicy sauce:
Take a pan and add orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic powder, green onions, ¼ tsp sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, pepper flakes. Stir occasionally. Boil for 18-20 minutes.

For the buffalo wings sauce
Take a pan and add the butter, Frank’s hot sauce, garlic powder and sugar. Stir to combine. Heat until ready to serve.
For blue cheese dressing:
Mix all the ingredients and serve with the buffalo wings.
