Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
Buffalo Chicken Wings is a butterly treat and makes a good combination with celery stick and blue cheese dressing. The recipe takes you through simple procedures and you can brew the perfect buffalo chicken wings provided that you use apt measures of ingredients.
Ingredients
20 To 25 Chicken Wings
Celery Sticks
Vegetable Oil For Deep-Frying
Blue Cheese Dressing
1/4 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1/2 To 1 Bottle (21/2 Ounces) Louisiana Hot Sauce, Or To Taste
Directions
Separate each chicken wing into three sections, discarding the tip section.
Rinse, then pat dry with paper towels.
Deep-fry wings, about half at a time, in hot oil about 10 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown. (Do not use any batter or crumbs.)
Drain well.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Add about half of the bottle of hot sauce, stir until well blended.
Using 1/2 bottle will produce medium-hot wings.
If you like your wings hotter, add the whole bottle, or to taste.
If you want them milder, add more butter.
Place chicken pieces in a serving bowl.
Pour sauce over wings; mix well.
Serve warm, with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Dip the wings and celery sticks into dressing as you eat.
