1 pkg. family style wings
 
1 (6 oz.) bottle Louisiana hot
 
Sauce or cayenne pepper
 
Sauce vegetable oil for frying

Directions

In electric skillet that is at least 2 inches deep, preheat 1 inch oil to 375°.
Cut wings in half at joint.
Cut off and discard wing tips.
Fry chicken in batches for about 5 to 10 minutes or until done.
When done, meat will not be pink when sliced through thickest part near bone.
Drain on paper towels.
Pour hot pepper sauce into large bowl.
Add drained chicken in batches; stir to coat.
