Buffalo Turkey Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup Real, Light or Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise, divided | ||
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 pounds boneless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| 2 red bell peppers or 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares | ||
| Onions | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Blue cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Stalk celery | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Carrot | 1 Medium, minced | |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise and the hot pepper sauce.
Stir in turkey.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Drain turkey; discard marinade.
On 6 skewers, thread turkey, peppers and onions.
Grill or broil, 5 inches from heat, brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture and turning frequently, 12 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl blend remaining 1/3 cup mayonnaise with blue cheese and milk.
Stir in celery and carrot.
Stir in turkey.
