Put the shrimp in a bowl and add hot sauce. Coat the shrimps well with the sauce. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for an hour. Now mix flour, cayenne, pepper and divide it in two parts. Pour beer in one and make batter. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parsley. Now coat shrimps first in flour then in beer batter and then in breaadcrumbs. Cover the shrimps in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then fry them in canola oil for 3-4 minutes at 375 F. Drain and serve with blue cheese dipping sauce.
