Buffalo Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 1.75 kg ground buffalo meat | ||
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 To taste, minced | |
| Celery stalks | 3 , minced | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| 250 ml cooked oatmeal | ||
| 125 ml cracker crumbs | ||
| Catsup | 125 Milliliter | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 15 Milliliter | |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together, and shape into a loaf.
Bake on a shallow baking sheet in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Serve with a Wild Mushroom Sherry Sauce.
