Ingredients

 1.75 kg ground buffalo meat
 Onion1 , minced
 Green bell pepper1/2 To taste, minced
 Celery stalks3 , minced
 Eggs3 , beaten
 250 ml cooked oatmeal
 125 ml cracker crumbs
 Catsup125 Milliliter
 Worcestershire sauce15 Milliliter

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, and shape into a loaf.
Bake on a shallow baking sheet in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Serve with a Wild Mushroom Sherry Sauce.
