 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar4 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg Pinch
 Whipping cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maple syrup1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Heat milk in a medium pot, and when it starts to boil, add rice and cover.
Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes without stirring.
When the rice is tender, add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, then let cool.
Whip cream into soft peaks and fold into the mixture gently.
Pour into individual dishes.
Put maple syrup into a pan and heat until thin, then pour on top of pudding and serve.
