This Budget Christmas Dinner recipe is a milestone for another reason, my first ever roast dinner. I simplified the recipe a little bit but these changes dropped the ingredients cost significantly. This is a traditional British Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and I was over the moon with how it turned out.
