Buckwheat Crepes Recipe
These Buckwheat crepes make an excellent meal ! Try these Buckwheat crepes this weekend and tell me if you liked them!
Ingredients
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
Directions
Combine flour and salt in a small mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour, and add the remaining ingredients.
Blend with a whip until no lumps remain.
Cover, and let batter rest at least 30 minutes.
For more tender crepes, refrigerate batter for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Bake as directed for Basic Crepes (left).
