Buckwheat Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Unroasted buckwheat | 200 Gram (Around 7 Ounce) | |
| Hot water | 450 Milliliter (Around 150 Ounce) | |
| Carrots | 2 , finely diced | |
| Dulce seaweed | 15 Gram, soaked in enough water to cover for 5 minutes, then chopped (Around 0.5 Ounce) | |
| Rolled oats | 175 Gram (Around 6 Ounce) | |
| Tamari | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Wheat/Rye / rice flour | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing) |

Directions
When the grain starts to turn brown, add the hot water.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the carrots, dulse, oats and tamari.
Mix well.
Form the mixture into burgers.
Spread the flour out on a flat plate and coat each burger, shaking to remove any excess flour.
Place the burgers on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until browned.
Serve at once.
