Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Thoroughly combine the ingredients to prepare the mix.

SERVING
3) Use for preparing pancakes or store in airtight container in cool and humid-free place for 8 or more months.

TIPS
To prepare the pancakes, in a bowl, combine 1 heaping cup Buckwheat Pancake Mix, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup sour milk or buttermilk, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Fold the stiffly beaten egg white into the pancake batter. Cook the pancakes in normal method, until golden in both sides. Serve the pancakes hot with butter and maple syrup, sausages, nitrite-free bacon, eggs etc.
