 Cooked buckwheat groats1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Suckling pig1 , chopped fine (Use Liver, Lungs, Heart And Kidneys Only)
 Salt pork1⁄4 Pound, with the rind removed, chopped fine
 Onions2 Medium, finely chopped
 Egg1
 Grated nutmeg1 Pinch
 Marjoram1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Stock1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine the meats and salt pork with the sauteed onions, egg, seasoning and spices.
Add this mixture to the groats and mix thoroughly.
Moisten with stock.
