Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups cooked buckwheat groats
 Suckling pig liver, lungs, heart and kidneys, chopped fine
 1/4 lb. salt pork with the rind removed, chopped fine
 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped and sauteed in butter until soft but not brown
 Egg1
 Grated nutmeg
 Marjoram1/4 Teaspoon
 Stock1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine the meats and salt pork with the sauteed onions, egg, seasoning and spices.
Add this mixture to the groats and mix thoroughly.
Moisten with stock.
