Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl, add and combine the buckwheat grouts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, quinoa and goji berries.
2. Mix and rinse the ingredients well. Once done, pour in the water. Cover and soak the bowl of buckwheat cereal overnight.

MAKING
3. Drain the water and place the softened cereal in a serving bowl.

SERVING
4. Serve the buckwheat cereal topped with fresh fruit, honey, or any other topping of choice.

TIPS
Leftover cereal can be covered and refrigerated for 7 to 10 days.
This is a great recipe to combine ahead of time and keep on hand in the pantry. Soak enough for a few serving worth so you can just grab it out of the fridge without needing to soak it the night before every time.
