Bubbling Fish Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of vegetable, celery, or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked macaroni or noodles
1 can (8 ounces) salmon, or 1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, 3/4 cup cheese, macaroni, and fish.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling.
