Ingredients
3/4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/4 c. snipped watercress
2 tbsp. minced celery
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
2 3-oz. packages softened cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 tsp. dried dill
Red food coloring
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 7-oz. pan butter rolls

Directions
Combine chicken, watercress, celery and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Season to taste with salt and pepper; chill.
Blend cream cheese cucumber, dill and desired amount of food coloring.
Chill.
Combine eggs, olives, mustard and enough mayonnaise to moisten; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove rolls from pan in one piece.
Slice connected rolls into 4 round layers with sharp knife.
Spread bottom layer with softened butter; spread with chicken filling.
Top with second layer; spread with cream cheese mixture.
Top with third layer; spread with egg filling.
Cover with top circle of rolls.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap; chill for at least 2 hours.
Cut into wedges to serve.
