Beef Bubble and Squeak Recipe
Ingredients
Cooked Corned Beef Brisket
6 medium sized potatoes, pared
6 small whole white onions, peeled
1 lb. small whole carrots, pared
2 lbs. fresh Brussels sprouts, or 4 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen Brussels sprouts
English Mustard Sauce
Directions
Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling.
Cook 20 minutes.
Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling.
Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
