Beef Bubble and Squeak Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked Corned Beef Brisket | ||
| Potatoes | 6 Medium, pared | |
| White onions | 6 Small, peeled | |
| 1 lb. small whole carrots, pared | ||
| Brussels sprouts | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| English Mustard Sauce | ||
Directions
Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling.
Cook 20 minutes.
Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling.
Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
