Bubble and Squeak Recipe
|Potatoes||3 , unpeeled|
|Cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped and blanched|
|Yellow onion||1⁄2 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Zucchini||1 , grated|
|Bacon slices||3 , chopped and browned|
|Chopped ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh ground black pepper||To Taste|

Add the rest of the ingredients except for the reserved bacon fat, and toss gently to mix.
Heat a frying pan (preferably one with a SilverStone lining).
Place the bacon fat in the pan, and press the potato mixture in on top.
Brown over medium-low to medium heat until golden brown on the bottom.
This will probably take about 1/2 hour.
Invert onto a plate, and serve.
Delicious with a beer and a nice green salad.
