Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add salt pork in 11/2 cups water and boil for 20 minutes.
2)Add turnips and decrease heat.
3)Simmer for 30 minutes or until turnips are tender.
4)Remove salt pork and drain turnips.
5)Sprinkle salt and 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar on turnips.
6)Take a serving dish and put the turnips. Keep warm.
7)In a saucepan, cook Brussels sprouts as per package directions and drain.
8)Adjust seasoning with butter, remaining sugar, mustard and horseradish.

SERVING
9)Pour the sauce on turnips and serve.
