Brussels Sprouts With Cheese-Noodle Ring Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups fresh brussels sprouts
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Cheese-Noodle Ring
Directions
Wash and trim sprouts; place in saucepan containing 1-inch boiling water.
Add salt; bring to boil.
Cook 5 minutes; cover.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until sprouts are crisp-tender; drain.
Add butter and pepper; toss lightly until butter is melted.
Spoon most of sprouts into center of Cheese-Noodle Ring; place remaining sprouts around ring.
Add salt; bring to boil.
