Brussels Sprouts In Beer Recipe
Ingredients
| Brussels sprouts | 1 pound | |
| Beer (enough to cover sprouts) | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Trim and wash sprouts; place in medium-size saucepan.
Pour over enough beer to cover; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Add more beer, if needed, as liquid evaporates; drain.
Add salt and butter
