Ingredients

 1 tbsp / 15 g / 1/2 oz butter or margarine
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Brussels sprouts5 Cup (16 tbs), trimmed
 1 1/2 cups / 100 g / 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
 1 scant cup / 200 g / 7 oz canned water chestnuts, drained
 Soy sauce

Directions

Put the butter in a dish and cook for 30 seconds. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the sprouts, mushrooms and water chestnuts, with 15 ml / 1 tbsp of the chestnut liquid. Cover and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until hot through. Season with soy sauce.
