 Green bell pepper1/2 To taste, diced
 Canned tomatoes14 Ounce
 Brussels sprouts1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and saute onion, garlic, and pepper for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and Brussels sprouts.
–  Season mixture with basil, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
