1 In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2 Add a generous pinch of salt.
3 Clean the Brussels sprouts.
4 Add them to the boiling water and boil uncovered, for up to 15 minutes or until they are just tender.
5 Drain in a colander.
6 In a large nonstick skillet, dry roast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
7 Remove from the heat.
8 In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil.
9 Add in the sprouts and stir gently for 2 – 3 minutes.
10 Transfer to a heated serving dish.
11 Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
