Brussels Sprouts With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed
1 cup beef broth
6 tablespoons grated Gouda or Edam cheese
Dash of nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and add the Brussels sprouts.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Arrange the sprouts in a buttered shallow ovenproof dish.
Pour on beef broth and sprinkle with grated cheese and nutmeg.
Dot with butter.
Place in a preheated 350° oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
