Brussels Sprouts Paysanne Recipe
Ingredients
16 ounces cleaned, prepared Brussels sprouts
2 cloves garlic, mashed or pounded to a paste with coarse salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Steam or cook Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water to cover until tender, 10-15 minutes.
Drain well.
Transfer to 4 small pottery bowls.
Combine garlic and oil and divide mixture equally over cooked vegetables.
