Brussels Sprouts In Yogurt Sauce Recipe

2 lbs. brussels sprouts
 
8 oz. Dannon plain low-fat yogurt
 
2 tsp cream of wheat cereal
 
Freshly ground pepper
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Trim any wilted leaves or woody stem sections from the Brussels sprouts.
Put brussels sprouts in a steamer over boiling water and cook until just tender (be careful not to overcook).
Combine yogurt and cereal in a small saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens.
Pour sauce over hot Brussels sprouts.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
