 Chicken bouillon - 1 cup
 Brussels sprouts10 Ounce, frozen
 Parsley flakes - 2 or 3 tablespoons
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Lemon1/2

Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine bouillon and sprouts; cook until sprouts are tender.
2. Drain well and toss sprouts with parsley flakes, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Cover the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates completely.

SERVING
4. Garnish Brussels Sprouts Garni with slices of lemon.
