Brussels Sprouts Garni Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken bouillon - 1 cup | ||
| Brussels sprouts | 10 Ounce, frozen | |
| Parsley flakes - 2 or 3 tablespoons | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 1/2 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine bouillon and sprouts; cook until sprouts are tender.
2. Drain well and toss sprouts with parsley flakes, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3. Cover the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates completely.
SERVING
4. Garnish Brussels Sprouts Garni with slices of lemon.
