Brussels Sprouts And Mushrooms Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp butter
2 cup Brussels sprouts
1 cup mushroom pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
2 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions
Melt butter in skillet.
Lightly saute Brussels sprouts and mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and pour into baking dish.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C ) for 20 to 25 minutes.
