 Brussels sprouts1 Pound, cut in half
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 1/2 teaspoon dried chervil leaves
 Onion powder1/4 Teaspoon (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 Dried basil leaves1/8 Teaspoon (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 Pepper1 Dash (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 Skim milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Herb Cheese Sauce:)
 1 tablespoon reconstituted natural butter-flavored mix
 Shredded Swiss cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Herb Cheese Sauce:)

Directions

In 1-quart casserole, combine Brussels sprouts and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring once or twice.
Drain.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 4-cup measure, combine flour, chervil, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper.
Blend in milk and butter-flavored mix.
Microwave at High for 2 3/4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Stir in Swiss cheese untilcheese melts.
Pour sauce over Brussels sprouts.
