| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon (Herb Cheese Sauce:) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash (Herb Cheese Sauce:) | |
| Skim milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Herb Cheese Sauce:) | |
| 1 tablespoon reconstituted natural butter-flavored mix | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Herb Cheese Sauce:) | |
Directions
In 1-quart casserole, combine Brussels sprouts and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring once or twice.
Drain.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 4-cup measure, combine flour, chervil, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper.
Blend in milk and butter-flavored mix.
Microwave at High for 2 3/4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Stir in Swiss cheese untilcheese melts.
Pour sauce over Brussels sprouts.
Cover.
