 Fresh brussels sprouts1 Pound, trimmed and cut into half length wise
 Water1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For herb cheese sauce
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Dried chervil1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Dried basil leaves1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Skim milk3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix1 Tablespoon
 Shredded swiss cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

In 1-quart casserole, combine Brussels sprouts and water.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring once or twice.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 4-cup measure, combine flour, chervil, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper.
Blend in milk and butter-flavored mix.
Microwave at High for 2 3/4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Stir in Swiss cheese untilcheese melts.
Pour sauce over Brussels sprouts.
