Ingredients

 Brussel sprouts1 Pint, frozen
 Ham Strips - 1 1/2 cup, cooked
 Chicken strips3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Processed Swiss Cheese - 1 cup, diced
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lettuce3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika3/4 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, add brussels sprouts, ham, chicken, cheese, celery and lettuce. Toss well to mix all.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
3) In a small bowl, add in cider vinegar, salad oil, paprika, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well.

SERVING
4) Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Toss lightly. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
