Brussels Chef's Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Brussel sprouts | 1 Pint, frozen | |
| Ham Strips - 1 1/2 cup, cooked | ||
| Chicken strips | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Processed Swiss Cheese - 1 cup, diced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lettuce | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 3/4 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 1/2 cup) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, add brussels sprouts, ham, chicken, cheese, celery and lettuce. Toss well to mix all.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
3) In a small bowl, add in cider vinegar, salad oil, paprika, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well.
SERVING
4) Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Toss lightly. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
