Mornay sauce

Directions

Lightly steam the brussel sprouts.

Take some mornay sauce and pour it to cover the brussel sprouts.

Add little kosher salt and little black pepper and little bread crumb topping.

Keep it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10-20 min until they are cooked.
