 Brussel sprouts1 Pound, trimmed
 Balsamic vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Maple syrup2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)

Directions

1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook brussel sprouts about 10 minutes, until tender crisp. Drain well. Place in a bowl and immediately toss with vinegar.
2. Whisk together oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, mustard, basil, salt and pepper.
3. Pour over brussel sprouts and serve immediately or at room temperature.
