1. Brush the bread slice with olive oil. In a heated skillet, sear for a couple of minutes. Drizzle olive oil on the other side of the slice. Flip when slightly charred from one side.
2. Spread ricotta cheese on one side of the slice. Season with salt, place the roasted bell peppers.
3. Garnish with basil and top with a slice of Prosciutto.
4. Serve with your choice of beverage.
