Bruschetta Appetizer Tart Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie Crust - 1 refrigerated (from 15-oz box), softened | ||
| Plum tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Basil leaves | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 425ºF.
MAKING
2) Cut out the crust from pouch.
3) Unroll on ungreased cookie sheet.
4) Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
5) In a medium bowl add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix together.
6) Spread evenly over partially baked crust.
7) Sprinkle cheese over it.
8) Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
9) Cut into wedges.

10) Serve warm.
