Ingredients

 Pie Crust - 1 refrigerated (from 15-oz box), softened
 Plum tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Basil leaves1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 425ºF.

MAKING
2) Cut out the crust from pouch.
3) Unroll on ungreased cookie sheet.
4) Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
5) In a medium bowl add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix together.
6) Spread evenly over partially baked crust.
7) Sprinkle cheese over it.
8) Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
9) Cut into wedges.

SERVING
10) Serve warm.
